INSPECTIONS
We provide the inspection services needed to purchase a home. We perform home inspections, septic inspections, termite inspections, well water testing and radon testing.

Home Inspections
We perform home inspections as dictated by the Standards of Practice published by the North Carolina Home Inspection Liecensure Board. Included items will be stated in your inspection agreement.
Radon Testing
We have two different test kits for radon testing. We have the continuous monitors that require a minimum of 48 hours. These monitors are taken back to the office, connected to a computer to retrieve the test results.
Septic Inspections
We perform septic inspection as dictated by the North Carolina Onsite Wastewater Contractor Inspector Certification Board's General Statute and Rules.
Well Water Testing
We take the water samples from the kitchen (if possible) for lead, bacteria, nitrate and nitrite. The samples are then submitted to a local lab for analysis.
Termite Inspections
We subcontract the wood destroying insect inspections to a third party pest company.
