The following exterior areas have moisture damage or are moisture stressed. Some areas may just need preparation and paint others may need repair or replacement of materials. More damage is likely without correction. A qualified professional should repair or replace as needed. During repairs contractors should also be alert for and correct any hidden moisture damaged components/wood/sheathing/framing etc.. Repair personnel should check the rest of the exterior during repairs as I cannot probe, touch or see every exterior element and some are just to high to reach or judge.
